Responsibilities Include:
- Strategic planning and vision development
- Board relations and collaboration
- People management and team leadership
- Financial management and fundraising
- Program development and operations
- Community partnerships and public relations
Search Criteria (Required):
- Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in relevant field
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit management
- Passion for Common Threads’ mission
- Demonstrated commitment to educational equity and social justice
- Strong fundraising and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Visionary leadership abilities
- Access to reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $85,000-$110,000 per year DOE
- Benefits: Medical & dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, trust-based approach to time off and work schedule
